How to delete your account

What gets deleted, immediately

• ✓Your profile — and any managed child profiles under your account
• ✓Your login and email address
• ✓Every swipe and watch verdict (favourite, loved, liked, neutral, disliked)
• ✓Your watchlist, library, and saved lists
• ✓Your taste profile — the taste vector Agreezo builds from your swipes, and every cache built from it
• ✓Your follows, room/group memberships, and notifications
• ✓Your search history and other in-app activity logs
• ✓Titles you privately submitted to the catalogue
• ✓Content you flagged, and your block list
• ✓Any precomputed recommendation deck built for you

If you created a group or room, deleting your account deletes that group for every member in it — there's no way to hand it off first, so leave or transfer it beforehand if that matters to you.

What stays, with your name removed

A few things are shared with other people — a room's watchlist, a catalogue request others backed too. Deleting your account doesn't delete those out from under the people still using them; it removes your link to them instead.

• A room or group watchlist entry you added stays for the other members — deleting your account should not delete a title off a list your friends still use — but the "added by" credit is removed.
• A catalogue title you requested that others could see and back too stays useful to the community; the request is no longer linked to you.
• A moderation report you filed stays on record for review; who filed it is removed.
• A notification you triggered for someone else (e.g. a follow) is removed from your own notifications outright; where it still shows in someone else's, your identity on it is removed.

What we keep on purpose

• One anti-evasion safety record — if this device ever received an “under 16” outcome during age checks, a record of the device and that outcome is kept — deliberately, and only that. It holds no name, no email, and no date of birth. Its entire job is to survive an account deletion: without it, deleting the account and signing up again on the same device would BE the way to dodge Australia's minimum-age rule, which defeats the point of having one.
